The Open Source Institute is a collaboration and distribution community for all forms of open source development. Our site offers IT news, development tools, software distribution channels, and a home for many cutting edge development projects. [br][br] It is our mission to enrich the open source development community by providing an up-to date, interesting and innovative place for developers to visit, exchange ideas, and most importantly write software! The OSI Mission Statement details all the key objectives of this group. If you are a progammer, or are interested in technology and think you have something to offer the OSI, then look fully through all of our top level groups, consider which aspect would most suit your skillset, and finally submit a request to join.
