Sending a cMS
To send a cMS, go to your inbox (click the 'messages' link on the left hand side of MyCA page). Use the combo box to select 'compose' and click the arrow. Alternatively, you can reply or forward a message - follow the steps in ReceiveCMS.
You will now be at a page where you can fill in who you want to send the message to, the subject, and the body. You can send a cMS to multiple members by seperating their names with a semi colon, as shown in the image below. When you are happy with your message, click 'Send'. Alternatively, you may want to see how it will look, use the preview option. BBCode can also be used to style your cMS - this is why the preview feature is useful, as it will show you how your message looks with the BBCode you have used.
Once you have sent your message, you will be informed whether the message was sent ok, or it failed to send to some recipients. The example message successfully sent to icklenewt, but failed to send to user1 and user2 as they did not exist.
