Receiving a cMS
When viewing MyCA, you are informed of new messages in your user box on the left hand side. Click on the 'messages' link to view your inbox.
Your inbox lists all your received messages. An icon on the left hand side indicates if a message is new (closed envelope) or not (open envelope).
To open a message, click on the subject. (Clicking on a user's name will take you to their public profile page)
Viewing a cMS you have received will look similar to the image below. You can use the 'actions' combo box to reply to the cMS or forward it to another user. These actions will take you to a page similar to that used for composing a new message, however the body will contain the original cMS. Marking a cMS as 'sticky' will make a link to the cMS appear at the top of your inbox in orange - this feature is used to bookmark messages that are important or useful for reference. You can also move the message to a different folder, delete it, or download a copy.
