CyberArmy offers a finger service which is located at http://www.cyberarmy.net/~nickname , with nickname being the handle of the person you would like to look up.

Static to the finger is some basic information about the individual such as his or her rank, public email, when they last logged in, and their current brigade position (if any). Additionally, a user may choose to write a public plan that is in turn included in the finger. Items written in the public plan are at the discretion of the user and may contain information surrounding themselves, their brigade positions, their future plans, etc.
