You will be required to enter your registered name and the private e-mail address currently in the database. It is very important to keep your private e-mail address up to date with a valid and active e-mail address.
Once the username and the private e-mail check out with the server, a confirmation code is sent to your private e-mail address to confirm the action. You will be asked to enter a confirmation code or follow the confirmation link in the message.
After you have confirmed the password reset, another e-mail with your new password will be sent to your private e-mail address. Now, you can log into your account and reset your password if you would like. If for whatever reason no confirmation code is sent, please wait 48 hours and resubmit your request.
Has it been a long time since you've visited CyberArmy? Is your private e-mail address no longer valid? You will have to contact a member of the CyberArmy Staff & Administration to verify your last known account information and initiate the password reset manually. This can be done by using the Feedback Form - make sure you include an up to date email address!
