The Feedback Form
Feedback is probably the easiest way to make sure your ideas for CyberArmy are heard by staff. You can submit your feedback via http://www.cyberarmy.net/contact/ . The form will automatically create a new post on a restricted forum where members of the feedback staff and cyberarmy staff can review and comment on the proposals. You will be contacted in due time by a member of Feedback Analysis giving you some information on what will happen with your idea or in answer to your question. You can choose to post your feedback anonymously, if you believe that to be necessary, by checking the "Anonymous?" box left of the Submit button. (Keep in mind you will not recieve an answer from our staff if you select to be anonymous)
There are a few rules for using the contact as there are with most services:
- Use the contact page to submit comments, suggestions, abuse reports and (constructive) criticism only.
- For general assistance, do not use feedback, please use the help forum instead.
- If you wish to remain anonymous, click the "anonymous" checkbox.
- For security related or sensitive issues, please contact admin at cyberarmy dot net directly.
- if you wish to speak to feedback staff directly, you can join #feedback on irc.cyberarmy.net.
- Note: If you are anonymous or if you are not logged in, we will be unable to contact you, unless you leave other contact information in your message.
